AVA SEMARAK BERHAD (Formerly Known As Netlink Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.) values your privacy and endeavors to protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

7. Access to your information and updating and correcting your information
7.1 You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. 7.3 You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate or outdated, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate or outdated.
7.4 In order to enjoy the Services, it is crucial for you to provide us with your latest and accurate information from time to time as requested. If you fail to correct or update information which we think is inaccurate or outdated within the stipulated timeframe, you acknowledge and agree that the Services may be interrupted or come to an end.
