We recognise that building for a sustainable future requires a resolute commitment towards economic efficiency, environmental performance and social responsibility. While we have yet to develop a strategy exclusively for sustainability, we continuously lay emphasis on practices such as corporate social responsibility, good governance practices, health and safety practices, training, education, and product quality, all of which are built on values that promote sustainability.
Our corporate vision and mission embodies principles of sustainability and steer the Venture towards strengthening its strategy to integrate sustainability into our value chain, in the short, medium and long-term. Our Sustainability Statement provides guiding principles on AVA’s business conduct to ensure all stakeholders support the Venture’s commitment to sustainability. The Sustainability Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors, with periodic reviews conducted to ensure it remains relevant.
