His career spans leadership roles at Mercury Marketplace Asia, RNS Management Consulting, DB Schenker APAC, and Kintetsu World Express, giving him a rare blend of practical experience and strategic vision.
James Lim brings over 26 years of experience in the plastics and chemicals industries across China and Southeast Asia. A market expert in international trade, import/export compliance, and strategic sourcing of raw materials, James combines deep technical knowledge with practical business insight.
His experience spans industrial technology and operational strategy, enabling companies to optimize supply chains, source efficiently, and navigate complex markets. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry, grounding his strategic vision in solid technical expertise.
